Media Accreditation for SETC-2025 & ITA Tunnelling Awards
The accreditation process for journalists covering the Southeastern Europe Tunnelling Conference (SETC-2025) & ITA Tunnelling Awards is now open. The event will take place from 1 to 3 October 2025, at the Sava Center, Belgrade.
We kindly ask you to complete the accreditation process by 22 September 2025. Accreditation is granted based on the information provided in the online accreditation form.
Once the accreditation process is complete, accredited journalists will receive a confirmation email. Press badges will be distributed at the media registration desk at the conference venue. Accredited journalists will have access to all conference sessions and exhibition areas.
Eligibility for Accreditation
Each media organization may apply for the following number of accreditations:
- News agencies – up to 3 accreditations (journalist, camera operator, photographer)
- TV stations – up to 3 accreditations (journalist, camera operator, technical staff)
- Print media – up to 2 accreditations (journalist, photographer)
- Radio stations – up to 1 accreditation (journalist)
- Online Media – up to 1 accreditation (journalist)
Accreditation Deadline: 22 September 2025
High-resolution official photos and videos from each conference day will be available for download by the end of the same day here.
