Abstract Submission
Participants are requested to submit their abstracts to editor@setc-2025.rs following the instructions below:
Full Name and Address: Provide the full name and complete address of the corresponding author, including an email address.
Title: Include the title of your contribution (maximum 60 characters).
Topic: Indicate the relevant topic from 1 to 10 of the technical sections to which the abstract is submitted.
Keywords: List relevant keywords related to your abstract.
Please note the following abstract submission guidelines:
- Abstracts should be written in English.
- The maximum length is 300 words.
- Abstracts should be submitted by email in Word format (doc or .docx).
- Illustrations are not allowed in the abstract.
The acceptance of your abstract is a prerequisite for submitting the full paper and for delivering an oral presentation at the conference.
Full paper submission
Once you receive notification that your abstract is accepted, you are welcome to submit a full paper. All submissions must be written in English. Full Paper Guidelines and the Full Paper Template are available to download.
The final full papers must be 6 (up to 10) pages long, including text, references, and figures. Authors are fully responsible for the quality of their images, diagrams, and tables.
Each lead author must visit the EasyChair website and establish an account with a username and password.

- If you have an EasyChair account fill your credentials and press Log In
- If you have no EasyChair account then you have to press the create an account link.
The full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

Final Paper Submission
Please send the Final Paper in Word format to editor@setc-2025.rs no later than 31 August 2025. The submitted papers will be used for the preparation of the Conference Proceedings, and it should be ensured that all revisions requested during the review process are incorporated.
Note to Authors
To be published in the SETC-2025 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in TUST Journal, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.
Registration Guide for Authors
Since additional papers are still being submitted, the revision process has been extended. Therefore, due to the EARLY BIRD registration deadline of 15 August 2025, for author(s) a promo code reflecting the early bird rate will be provided after this date. Please send a request for the promo code to editor@setc-2025.rs.
Only one registration is needed even if the author has multiple accepted papers.
Journal Publication Opportunity
The author(s) of the highly-rated peer-reviewed papers will be selected and recommended to submit an extended/modified version, for publishing in the Special Issue of the Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology (TUST) Journal.
