For Student Registration, a Valid Student ID needs to be provided through the online and on site registration process.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All conference participants must register for the conference.
  2. For Student Registration, a scanned copy of the student ID card needs to be provided upon the online and on-site registration.
  3. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed registration form and the payment in full is received and processed by the Organizing Committee (OC) upon which the electronic QR code will be provided to each participant. Access to the conference will not be permitted without a registered QR code. Onsite registration will not include a QR code
  4. If your registration is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you including QR code.
  5. Accommodation and visa costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own visa costs, travel and lodging expenses. Upon request, a general letter from the conference organiser will be provided to facilitate visa process.
  6. The fee can be paid by credit card online or upon request via invoice. On-site payments are accepted in cash only.
  7. Any delegate wishing to cancel their registration must notify the organizers by sending an email to info@setc-2025.rs before 15 September 2025 at the latest. After this date, the OC will not be able to refund your registration fee.
  8. When you cancel your registration on or before 15 September 2025, you will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received (as stated in the original receipt). After this date, no refunds will be available.
  9. In the case of Force Majeure (acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, epidemic or disease ) or other causes that the OC reasonably believes to be substantial or that are beyond the control of the committee, the OC reserves the right to change the times, dates and the venue of the conference.
  10. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee (OC), such as Force Majeure, the Event 2025 is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded in their entirety, minus a €50 administrative fee.

Personal Data Protection Policy


The personal data provided in the Conference application form is submitted voluntarily and will be processed and safeguarded in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By registering, the Participant consents to the Organizer’s collection, processing, and storage of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the event.

By providing consent during registration, the participant grants the organizer permission to capture and publish photographs and videos of them throughout the conference event. The participant agrees to be photographed and recorded during the duration of the conference. The organizer reserves the right to use such images and videos at its sole discretion to promote the association’s activities and share information with its members and the public. This may include publication on digital platforms such as websites, social media channels (including LinkedIn and similar platforms), and other public communication channels, whether as standalone content or integrated into articles, features, promotional materials, or other formats. In line with the data protection rules, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access information about the use of your personal data, as well as the right to rectify/amend, cancel or oppose to the use of your personal data, any time during the storage of your data.
