The stated prices refer to a standard exhibition booth and include modular stand construction, an information stand with a stool, a table with two chairs, a company logo displayed on a panel (dimensions to be provided), an electrical outlet, and basic lighting. For supporters, a tabletop display is provided, offering space to showcase brand or materials.

Please note:
All sponsors need to register their attendees using the promo code link provided via email after payment. Your promo code link allows you to register to the conference FOR FREE your specific number of staff included in your sponsorship package purchase.
We request our sponsors to register and use their promo code link before 15 of September 2025. We need to make badges for your staff and have them printed BEFORE the conference and available for pick-up at our registration desk.
