1. General Terms of Participation

By registering for the SETC-2025 conference and submitting payment through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which must be presented at the registration desk.

All prices shown are in EUR (VAT included). Participation packages are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organizer.


2. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data.

  • The data collected through this form (such as name, email, company, preferences) will be used exclusively for registration, payment processing, and communication related to SETC-2025.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when legally required.

3. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL) and is protected in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

  • Payment processing is handled by Banca Intesa, an authorized payment gateway.
  • Card data is never stored on this website or by the organizer.
  • The organizer only receives transaction confirmation (success or failure), while the entire payment process is securely handled by the bank.

4. Delivery of Goods and Possible Restrictions

Conference participation is delivered electronically — by email, immediately upon successful payment.

  • Each participant receives a confirmation with a QR code that grants access to the event.
  • No physical goods are shipped.
  • There are no export restrictions, customs duties, or territorial limitations.

5. Complaints Policy

If you encounter any issues regarding your registration or payment, please contact us within 3 working days via info@setc-2025.rs.

Complaints may relate to:

  • duplicate payment,
  • incorrect participant data,
  • inability to access the event despite successful registration.

Each complaint will be reviewed individually, and the organizer reserves the right to approve or reject refund or correction requests.


6. Refund Policy

In case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid using one of the payment cards, either partially or fully, regardless of the reason for the return, Institut za vodoprivredu „Jaroslav Černi“ DOO is obligated to carry out the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, upon the seller’s request, perform a refund to the user’s card account.
